At Hunter Strategy , we are committed to providing our employees with a well - rounded benefits program. UNDERSTANDING OPEN ENROLLMENT Open Enrollment is your yearly chance to review and adjust your plan options, effective from January 1, 2024. Please be aware that changes after this period are limited to instances of qualifying life events (such as marriage, birth, adoption, divorce, death, etc.). In such cases, it's important to notify the Human Resources Department within 30 days of the event. All Election choices will be made on our new Rippling HRIS System . Please review the Open Enrollment Kickoff email sent on Wednesday December 13 th to register and make your election choices. INFORMATION FOR NEW HIRES For those newly joining our team, your enrollment will commence on the first of the month following your employment or will coincide with your first day if hired on the first of the month. We are delighted to have you with us and aim to ensure that your time at Hunter Strategy is both challenging and rewarding.
